Vito’s unique Italian style menu features USDA Prime and Choice grain-fed and hormone-free beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises. Steaks and chops are hand-cut daily by the managers and are flame broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom built fire pit to guarantee consistent quality.
